Constructive well-intentioned criticism was interpreted by the waitress as a provocation "You just have a different taste". Also fully billed, although only a fraction actually ate. I can only assume that only the connection to a tennis court, as well as a beautiful terrace or an existing walk-in customer ensures sufficient sales.
